So Good, it tastes like your Grandma made it! Oct 19, 2007
As a cajun in exile, I've sought the "real thing" all over the net. Robin's is the closest you can come to having your grandmother make her hundred year old recipe...and that's if your Grandma is really good!
I was shocked at how much crawfish was in this can (don't let the can fool you...this is simply good preservation)! Perfectly seasoned, packed with flavors and loaded with crawfish, this is as good as the dish they serve in their restaurant, which is widely considered in Louisiana to be the best ettouffe you can buy.
Be sure to add a little water or better, chicken broth, because it is very thick.
